1. A new elecricity transformer which has been sactioned under the kind permission granted by Late Honable Chiefminister Dorjee khandu la is recieved and its connection work is going on in our settlement. 2. Mr. Khadak la and Mr. Namkha Norbu la have conducted a public meeting on the subject matter of 2nd Tibetan National General Meeting which was held in Dhasa from 21 to 23.5.2011. 3. VCD of His Holiness message on his retirement politically and recent speech at Minissota (USA) has been shown to the public in the community hall. Thanks to Ata Chenga la and ata Dechen Palden la for sending all the latest CD. 4. A newly built TSO staff Quarter is handed over to Tibetan Settlement Office by the Tibetan Coop Society today, a simple refreshment was served on the occasion of handing taking ceremony where Mr.Rapjor la and Mr. Bu Rinchen la signed on the official documents. 5. Miss. Tsering Tsamchoe la of camp no.1 appointed as new Accountant and Mrs. Tsering Dolma la of camp no.1 appointed as Asst Accountant of Choephelling Tibetan Coop Society. We wish them all the best. 6. A SAD NEWS....A girl name called Passang Lhamo ( student of CST Dalhousie) d/o Karma Lhamo of Camp no.5 was killed in a road accident when she was on the way to manali for summer Break. Our deep condolences goes to her Family members.
