modern people of Tshangla Speaking of Pemako are of mixed bloods combined with old and new arivals of people from various groups espacially Tshangla of Eastern Bhutan and other Tibetan migrants of Kham and east......so some people have an impression that we are Tshangla i wouldn't call myself Tshangla rather Pemakopa but yes i speak one of Tshangla Dialects in Pemako form and tone which is mutually intelligible with other Tshangla dialects with some variations.........
