Following are the example of possible Organization:

1. One common organization and same name that will represent us around the world. It will be legally registered organization. It will be headquarter in a country and worldwide branches were there is Pemakopa people.

Advantage :
Economically: It will give us resources to handle community needs
Politically: It will give us common voice and will be able to lobby govt. in our favour
Socially: We will be able to organize ourselves and provide a sense of belonging and preserve rich cultural heritage that is almost extinct.

The properly registered organization will be there even if the generation pass away, the next generation will be able to continue the work started by previous generation

Disadvantage:
We have to spent our time to make this happen.
We need a lot of eager and strong will young people.
We need a lot of resources.

Example of successful organization in the world:

World Jewish Congress

2. Different organization run by different group that represent various interest. Registered under different name in different countries.

Disadvantage:
Economically : it will be viable as supporter of our cause or Pemakopa will be divided
Politically : we will be divided and would not be able to voice our concern collectively and effectively.

Right now we have set up so many organization but not united .

Other disadvantages is that once the leader of that particular organization pass away or changes , the life of that organization end and stumble. We seen it in our society
