Greeting From Pemakoepas“ བཀྲིས་བདེ་ལེགས།”

The election commission declared Dr. Lobsang Sangay la is 3rd Kalon Tripa of Tibetan government in exile.He comes in exactly the time of devolvement of His Holiness the Dalai Lama .This is a turning point of Tibetan History in outside Tibet.He is a son of poor peasant from north east india living in USA working as professor in Harvard university.He is highly educated and energetic having good experience of today’s world politics and laws .During his kalon tripa campaign he made some promises. Unity ,selfreliance , Creativity and ingenuity to bring changes in the settlement. I wish Government’s Management staffs, and individual ,public and educated people must sincerely cooperate him to be successful his objective is not only our onus but also to accomplish to regain our country independent which has long been longing.On behalf of pemakoepa I wish him a big “ བཀྲིས་བདེ་ལེགས།”
