lopen what about teaching school children in miao, tezu cst school in tshangla mother tongue during first few years of school age? like in pp class 1, 2, 3 teach them spoken and written tshangla in 'ucen orthography, develop teaching materi...als? they will have benefit when learning 'uke later on and it will also contribute to cultural preservation. in bhutan and tibet political climate for mother tongue education is not yet ready. it might be possible in dirang and kalatang but there is no good description of the dialect and moreover their dialect is very distinct form tshangla spoken in bhutan and pemakot. so perhaps among refugee community it is the most advantageous place to start developing tshangla as medium of instruction in schools and developing teaching materials?
